It feels like that Girl Skateboards is stronger than ever and it is safe to say that you could blame it on their new talent. Watch Niels Bennett, Tyler Pacheco, Simon Bannerot, Sean Malto & the one and only Rick McCrank skating the city of London.

For a lot of people, Tony Hawk was the first real skater they have heard of, and to see that he is still around and just coming out with a new shoe is bringing us a lot of hope (at least for the 30+ crowd). A very classy Crailtap production with a good sense of humor and a high entertainment factor. They even found Animal Chin in this one!

The minute that people are starting to talk about Kenny Anderson his style is always the main topic. His most discussed feature is an unseizable talent and it seems like it is even getting better with age. No wonder Kenny is always smiling. While you are at it, take a look at Converse CONS‘s new “Purple” video – out now!

This time the crew takes a cruise through downtown LA where you get busted quickly.

Featuring Yonnie Cruz, Sean Malto, Andrew Brophy, Tyler Pacheco, Kenny Anderson, Vincent Alvarez, Mike Carroll, Stevie Perez and Diego Johnson.

Even in the sunny land of LA it occasionally happends that it is raining. So for the latest Crailtap Weakdays episode the crew had to take shelter at the Crail Park.

Featuring Jerry Hsu, Vincent Alvarez, Justin Eldridge, James Capps, Jon Sciano, Andrew Brophy, Braydon Szafranski, Rick Howard, Brandon Biebel and Chris Roberts.

With its ups and downs I’d say 2016 was all in all a solid year for Girl and Chocolate Skateboards. Some of the good moments of the past year are composed in this review edit.

Featuring Vincent Alvarez, Tyler Pacheco, Brandon Biebel, Simon Bannerot, James Capps, Jerry Hsu, Mike Carroll, Rick Howard, Rick McCrank, Justin Eldridge, Kenny Anderson, Andrew Brophy, Elijah Berle, Cory Kennedy, Chris Roberts, Jeron Wilson, Zach Saraceno, Griffin Gass and Johnny Jones.

Brian Anderson is having a moment and we pretty much enjoy that. One of the best to ever do it just recently got on Anti-Hero skateboards. His first ad in Thrasher Magazine:

We are not sure what ever happend to 3D Skateboards but running your own company can be pretty intense. Let’s hope for some new footage of Brian, maybe from one of his first “18” Trips. For now, we are going back in time with his ‘Day In The Life’ video for Crailtap:

This edit shows what it means if somebody like Gonz surprisingly appeares at your spot and changes your average day into something extraordinary, which you might remember for quite a while. By the way, Gonz is looking strinkingly solid on his all too small bicycle.

Featuring Mark Gonzales, Rick Howard, Chico Brenes, Tyler “Manchild” Pacheco and Simon Bannerot.

It has been quite a while since Alex Olson took a seat on the infamous Crail Couch. But now he finally is back and bluntly answers any question he is given, whether it is about being his own boss or just his sexual orientation. Alex is definitely a great guy and one of our favorites!

Highsnobiety just released a very interesting video on the recent Crailtap Exhibition, that went down in Los Angeles some weeks ago. Here’s more info and the video of course!

Crailtap, parent brand to Girl and Chocolate Skateboards among others, recently celebrated 20 years with a group photo exhibition entitled “Crail Camera Crew.” The brand’s first purely photographic show, CCC features work from regular collaborators including Jerry Hsu, Sam Smyth, Aaron Meza, Andy Mueller, Ben Colen and Eric Anthony. Chronicling the last 15 years of Crailtap, which includes brands Girl, Chocolate, Fourstar, Royal, Lakai and Crailtap, the online magazine, it’s hard to pin it down into one category, with the brand describing itself as more of an ethos than a regular company.
