Our good friend Augustin Giovannoni uploaded a cool new video with guest editing done by Victor Demonte. Most of the filming is by Nnoni tho :). Teamwork makes the dream work.

Additional filming by Formizzz.

James Cruickshank not only moved to Paris a few years ago but also managed to completely integrate in the parisian skateboarding community. A brilliant edit by brilliant guy featuring a lot of your favorite skaters. Definitely a must watch!

Vincent Touzery, Roman Gonzalez, Caleb Barnett, Hjalte Hallberg, Julien Kimura, Augustin Giovanonni, Tom O’Reilly, Auguste Bouznad, Jamie Platt, Paul Grund, Jun Kummer, Casper Brooker, Joffrey Morel, Gregoire Cuadrado, Ville Wester, Victor Demonte & many many more.

At first when I started the Giddy series I wanted every one of them to have a different theme but in the end, I think they all end up looking almost similar to one another, same style of music same vibe.

Romain Batard is back with one of the most interesting video series in skateboarding. And ever since he delivered that quote in our interview with him he has been steadily delivering Giddy’s with a stronger sense of concept and individuality.

Steve Malet kills it in number 8! He is one of Paris’ most exciting skaters out there right now even though he is not even originally from France. But Steve is only one reason and this Giddy truly delivers from the skating, the editing, the song choice and the special effects. It is a good rounded out piece of work!

Gangs signs, checks, fist pumps, devil horns and much more in this amazing Giddy with a strong concept that managed to consistently surprise us!

The year is almost over and we are looking back to one hell of a crazy year. Talking about crazy we have to mention our last summer’s French Intern Augustin Giovannoni who just dropped is 2017 mixtape featuring Franz Grimm, Joffrey Morel, Auguste Bouznad, Juan Saavedra, Yann Garin & us. Loye you, Noni <3.

A new Giddy by Romain Batard feat.: Franz Grimm, Casey Foley, Hugo Maillard & a whole lot more. Loving it!

In our opinion, his best work so far. Augustin Giovannoni drops a new edit and at the very end you will see the date his full length video might be released. Paris, Berlin & Potsdam feat.: Val Bauer, Tolia Titaev, Niklas Speer von Cappeln, Remy Taveira, Daniel Pannemann, Franz Grimm & many more.

People who know me are probably aware of the fact that visiting Paris for the first time last year changed quite a lot for me. Besides my growing excitement for the French language, music and architecture, I furthermore figured out that there is also a kind of French way to skate. So Romain Batard also became one of my favorite film makers and since Giddy #1 was already filled with tons of good footage, I knew what to expect for #2 right before I hit the play button.

Featuring Hugo Maillard, Joffrey Morel, Steve Malet, Vivien Feil, Pierre Subra, Hugo Corbin, Etienne Chatelain, Louis Perruchaud, Alban Ma Tri, Jérémy Garcia, Thibault Parcheminer, Charles Giron, Antoine Ternon, Julien Ducas, Louis Deschamps, Clément Harpillard, Vincent Houget and Benoit Leray.

A huge line up for this 6 minute long clip. Romain Batard picked up his VX1000 again and captured all these guys having fun in France.

Featuring Hugo Maillard, Louis Deschamps, Clément Harpillard, Yann Garin, Masaki Ui, Joffrey Morel, Alban Ma Tri, Juan Renoux, Amiel Kornicki, Hugo Corbin, Santiago Sasson, Thibault Proux, Louis Perruchaud, Paul Langsley, Hervé Leroy, Quentin Chambry, Augustin Giovannoni, Maxime Le Guyader, Simon Peltier, Samuel Dietzel, Justin Wagener, and Fred Plocque-Santos.

Augustin Giovannoni back at it again with a new clip. Featuring some good skating by Pierre Subra, Franz Grimm, Joffrey Morel, Yoan Taillandier and more. What a great looking city Paris is.

“We like to skate, we are having fun.” – This is all what Romain Batard has put as video describtion for his newest full length. And after watching it, I feel like I don’t dare to add anything more to that because sometimes saying less is saying more. However, you definitely should get your own impression!

Featuring: Joffrey Morel, Glen Fox, Santiago Sasson, Marc-Alexandre Barbier, Victor Demonte, Joseph Biais, Juan Saavedra, Oscar Candon, Steve Malet, Alexis Jamet and Hugo Maillard.

Let us start out by complimenting Josh Roberts on making Amsterdam look like it isn’t a strong part of Babylon #babylonwillfall. Secondly, it is nice to see some of the homies use those famous 15 minutes to shine as hard as they should! Enjoy this little gem.

The brand new PLACE issue 56 “Paris / Paname” will be available through skateshops, selected retailers and newsstands – some of the shops got the issue already, just ask!

The concept behind our current issue is to explore the booming Parisian skate scene, to visit people, who are a staple in Paris but also the ones who are not as well known but deserve a platform. We met a lot of exciting people while working on this issue, we were out there experiencing Paris with them. As with the last issue the work we do has become personal to us and we believe you can feel the Paris vibe as we felt it when you’ll read this issue.
