We are not going to lie. Standing in line at the yesterday’s opening event for the new Berlin Supreme store was an absolute nightmare and it felt uncomfortable, but we don’t want to complain all too much. The good thing about it was that we have watched William Strobeck’s “MIND GOBLIN” video 11 and 1/2 times before we could enter the location, just to get sent out again by security 15 minutes later.

All jokes aside, the team went in and it is always good to see new people skating the more known spots in Berlin. Also we would like to say that we are proud of our good friends Augustin Giovannoni & Steffen Grap who showed them around town and made them look extra good. Tyshawn Jones tricks up the stairs at Frankfurter Tor are not human.

Much success to the Berlin staff member Johannes Schirrmeister, Jun Kummer, Yannick Zhou and Anton Jäger, who will be taking care of you in the store on Torstraße 74.

After the success of 1one1 & 2two2, we now have Sean Dahlberg’s third installment 3three3 to watch.

Check out all the 917 crew + some bonus people by pressing play.

A proud moment, our former intern and friend Augustin Giovannoni filmed and edited this new Nike SB video, not any nike video. This one has some big guns in it, Koston, Kyron, JB, Vincent with Paul Rodriguez being the stand out!
We think that after his knee heals up P-Rod needs to hop on a plane because Paris brought out the best in him.

Most of you saw the 917 video and as with almost any “big” video nowadays multiple filmers where involved in making that project become a reality. 2two2 provides us with the perspective of Sean Dahlberg the person who actually filmed those tricks. Enjoy!

Finally, something we have been waiting on for a long time: the first full-length video presentation from Alex Olson’s Call Me 917. Now we are not going to give you a full video description but we will give you at least a few of our highlights.

First off, Alex Olson skates to a Rap Song by Nakel Smith, Secondly, the video consists of the team and their friends and last but not least, the soundtrack feels like a cross between an Anti-Hero video and Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2’s score.

Honestly, go watch the video. It is not what we expected, it is better:

Genesis Evans as himself in “Genny’s Day Out“. You will find a lot of familiar faces in this one.

Not only does this Nike tour video have something that we have been waiting for for a while now, new Vincent Touzery footage!

The real surprise came at the end when the credits said that the 3 main filmers were Johnny Wilson, Matt Bublitz and Cory Kennedy. It seems that Cory is not only a serious talent on the board but seeing him stunting behind the lens makes us wonder when his first video is dropping.

Since the introduction and explosion of social media, every skater has turned into his or her own marketing machine with a great outlet for creativity.

Obviously, some are better than other some even turn into filmers, editors or designers later on in life. We feel this video By Cyrus shows promise, it has some noticeably strong minutes (especially in the beginning). But with anything in life don’t take our word make up your own mind.

Featuring: Cyrus Bennett, Aidan Mackey, Vincent Touzery, Logan Lara, Johnny Wilson, Max Palmer, Jesse Alba, Hjalte Halberg, Chris Milic, Paul Grund, Genesis Evans and more.
